This job aid applies to suppliers that were converted into F$P. The supplier conversion included active suppliers from ADPICS/FAMIS. HCM suppliers were also converted from eMerge. The supplier crosswalk maps the legacy system vendor ID to the F$P supplier ID. All successfully converted suppliers are in the crosswalk. Each column in the crosswalk is defined as follows:
Legacy Vendor ID – legacy system vendor identifier (e.g. 85612, TX01629, CCOT450142)
F$P Supplier ID – the F$P supplier identifier (e.g. 0000026683)
Supplier Name – the supplier’s name
A protected but filterable spreadsheet is also included.
