Release note

To expedite tracking of COVID-19 related PeopleSoft approvals, the project chartfield is being added from the relevant modules (GL, KK, AP, EX, PO, Requisitions, Receipts) to the Workflow dashboards. This will allow users to filter for pending documents related to the COVID-19 project, as well as providing enhanced general filtering functionality.

Release note: The Encumbrance Carry-forward Out column in the Prior Year-End Balance Dashboard now has detailed reporting available. Users can see encumbrance carry-forward out and accrual details including purchase order numbers, distribution lines, and other ChartFields associated with the transaction. This will help with year-end balance analysis.

Release note: We added supplier number, purchase order (PO) number, contract number, and contract description columns to the Open Invoices report



BI authors beware, to support above changes in the report, new column Contract Description and Contract Number are added in the AP Overview subject area’s Document Details folder, so you can  incorporate them in your custom reports.

Release note: EEO4 Code and EEO4 Description (data reporting layouts for state and local government Equal Employment Opportunity information) columns are now available in the Job Code Dimension. This enables Business Intelligence (BI) authors to categorize jobs in custom reports.


  • The EEO4 Code column lists applicable mandated occupational categories (up to eight) for EEO4 reporting.


       

  • The EEO4 Description column displays the EEO4 Code description

Title: New Procurement Subject Area and Dashboard: Supplier Trends

Release note: This new subject area in SF Reports & Analytics will provide quarterly, monthly, and summary-level metrics on supplier (LBE and otherwise) counts, counts of outstanding contracts per supplier, awards to suppliers on active contracts, and total spend. It will feed into the new Supplier Trends dashboard, which will reflect monthly and quarterly trends, which will reflect monthly and quarterly trends by supplier and department.
