This solution article provides information from the Department of Technology regarding the scheduled maintenance for AnyConnect VPN on Saturday, April 11 at 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.


Any EOC or DOC staff requiring access to city resources through AnyConnect VPN need to follow below listed steps to connect through AnyConnect VPN. Please inform your section staff about this important announcement.

 

Steps to be followed:

  1. Employee requiring access to city resources through AnyConnect VPN during the maintenance window should connect to Rancho Cordova (RC-VPN2.sfgov.org).

  1. Employees who are connected to San Francisco (200P-VPN1.sfgov.org) during the maintenance window will be disconnected and can re-connect using Rancho Cordova (RC-VPN2.sfgov.org).
  2. After the completion of this change, employees may use the San Francisco site (200P-VPN1.sfgov.org) as their primary connection.
  3. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve the City’s services.
