This solution article provides information on the new SF Employee Portal enhancements available April 27, 2020.
Pay statements automatically appear in a printable format
You no longer have to select a pdf version to access a printable pay statement. Click the VIEW MY PAY link from your MY PAY slideout, select the desired Check Date, and your pay statement is ready to print.
New MY LEARNING slideout
The new MY LEARNING slideout provides you easy access to view and launch your planned courses, and print completion certificates directly from the SF Employee Portal!
You can also access your Learning homepage by clicking the SF LEARNING button at the bottom of each tab to explore other SF Learning self-service features, such as enrolling into other courses.
New MY LINKS tab
The first tab at the bottom of the SF Employee Portal is your new MY LINKS tab, which houses your WORK LINKS, EMPLOYEE LINKS, AND MANAGER LINKS.
WORK LINKS is the default sub-tab under MY LINKS and provides you quick access to SF Employee Portal systems to complete your daily tasks.
EMPLOYEE LINKS are organized into categories that allow you to easily find self-service features, such as updating your direct deposit information, reporting time and absence (for Self Service Time Entry departments), submitting expense requests, and benefits enrollment during the Health Benefits Open Enrollment period.
MANAGER LINKS provide access to manage processes related to the approval of time entry and expense requests.
