Problem: Self Service Time Entry employees are unable to access the timesheet on the Portal (through the MY TIME slideout and EMPLOYEE LINKS) when using Safari web browser on an Apple product (iPhone, iPad, Mac).
Workaround: Please access your timesheet using browsers compatible with SF Employee Portal systems, such as Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

Problem: MTA staff having trouble submitting time. Now that we are into the 2nd pay period with the new timesheet, the issue occurs when there are (1) absence events on the last day of the prior pay period and (2) punches that cross midnight where the IN punch is in the prior pay period and the OUT punch is in the current pay period.
