Beginning Monday, September 28, payroll professionals can access the Payroll Dashboard in SF Reports & Analytics. Payroll professionals can access the first five of the nine tabs available, which contain information about salary and fringe benefits, and temporary salaries. You can also access the Pay Labor Distribution Report from this dashboard. The same report distributed to your departments that you’ve had to save on a bi-weekly basis, is available on demand through the Payroll Dashboard, with data going as far back as Fiscal Year 2017.

Accessing the Payroll Dashboard and basic features

You can access the Payroll Dashboard by clicking the SF Reports & Analytics tile under your WORK LINKS tab of the Portal.

You’ll find the Payroll Dashboard on your SF Reports & Analytics homepage. Click any link and you will land on the multi-tabbed dashboard. You may have additional dashboards available to you, depending on your access to other SF Employee Portal systems.

The filters on your left panel control the data visible on the right panel and will carry over as you move from one tab to another. You can print and export your data and tables into various formats such PDF, Excel, and even PowerPoint.

Hover above a column to move its placement. Go to a column header to access the up and down arrows to sort the data in ascending or descending order.

To save filters and customizations so they are available when you access the same dashboard, click the gear on the upper-right side of your screen and select Save Current Customization.
