Expenditures and revenues are the heart of a budget system. Learn how to make entries or upload multiple requests in form 3000 Expenditure by Division and form 5000 

Revenue by Division.

  • Expenditures by Division captures a portion of the Total Requested Budget and does not include expenditure accounts related to equipment, internal services, transfers, centrally loaded budget line items, and position.

  • Revenues by Division captures a portion of the Total Requested Budget and does not include revenue transfers in or work order recoveries.
