The SF Employee Portal has retired! SF My Hub is now available, bringing your employee payroll, benefits, expenses, and learning data to SF | My Portal.

SF People & Pay, SF Learning, SF Financials, SF Procurement, SF Budget, and SF Reports & Analytics are now available in MyAppsBe sure to clear your cache to see the reconfigured MyApps page, which now includes your Power User tiles.

Reminders about your Power User access

As presented during the Power User webinars, the point of access to your daily work shifted to MyApps, but the applications themselves and your roles remain the same. Additionally, although you will always see your Power User tiles on MyApps, you can access your Power User features only if you are logged in internally while physically at work or via VPN. See the screenshots below for more information about internal vs. external access as a Power User of SF People & Pay, SF Financials, or SF Procurement.

Below, you'll find the recording and our answers to the questions asked during the SF My Hub Webinar for CCD & USD Power Users that the Controller's Systems Division and the Department of Human Resources hosted on April 7, 2025. You can find the slide deck we presented attached at the bottom of this article.

Questions & Answers

Access

Q. How can CCD & USD employees access their benefits information?

A. CCD & USD employees can access their benefits information through the My Health Benefits tile on their SF My Hub homepage, which they can access through the MyApps (myapps.sfgov.org) site.

Features & Functionality

Q. Will this impact new employees trying to register for benefits?

A. New Hires and Rehires will see the tile appear on their My Health Benefits homepage so they can sign up for benefits coverage by their enrollment deadline.

Q.: Does the benefits statement reflect the employee’s standard contribution or does it account for the full amount if the employee is on leave and responsible for the total cost?

A. The Benefits Statement will only reflect the benefits information updated subsequent to a Qualifying Life Event submitted on or after April 21. It will also reflect their contribution information but will not account for leave information. For additional information about the Benefits Statement feature, please contact Health Service System at 628.652.4700.

System Downtime

Q. If an employee's 30th day falls during the system downtime, will there be a grace period for benefits enrollment?
A.
All paper applications, which are available on the HSS website, must be submitted by Wednesday, April 23rd. Applications received after that day will be considered late.
