There are several ways you can be locked out.


If what you see looks like the first screenshot provided below, please follow the "Indentity and Access Management Portal" link to reset your password. If that still doesn't work, call your department's IT team or DT at 415-581-7100/dtis.helpdesk@sfgov.org.






If what you see is the "Blue Oracle Screen" please email psoft_support@sfgov.org with your dsw number and mention that you are getting the Blue Oracle lock screen. Do not contact your IT team when seeing this screen, they cannot provide assistance.





If you get the blue oracle lock screen, then you are in the right place. Send an email to psoft_support@sfgov.org with your Name, DSW# and a screenshot of the screen you are seeing. We will get you reset asap.
