A Person of Interest (POI) is an individual that is not a current City employee but who needs to have access to an SF Employee Portal account (or dependent People and Pay, Financial, Procurement, Learning, Reports and Analytic systems). This type of account can be created by the SF Employee Portal Support team. To facilitate this, the Department's HR staff must complete the attached form and submit it to SFEmployeePortalSupport@sfgov.org.

Once a non-employee has been entered in the People and Pay System as a POI-Other and the employee has been given their UserID the department will then need to submit any additional requests for access to the People & Pay, Learning, Finacials, Procurement, Reports & Analtyics systems.  This two step process will allow us to most efficiently serve department needs while ensuring accuracy and correct system security.
