Use the attached SF Employee Portal - People and Pay System Access Request (SAR) form to request system access for employees, supervisors, and managers that need access to enter and approve self-service time entry.   


User Security Approval Process:

            


    •Manager submits scanned Security & Access Request form to Department Payroll Access Approver
    •Access Approver reviews request for approval. If denied, please communicate back why.
    •Ticket is opened with SFEmployeePortalSupport@sfgov.org
    •The System Division registers employee for training if required
    •Access is granted upon completion



The attached form is a fillable pdf form that can be either printed, signed, and scanned or can have an electronic signature added.  The completed form can then either be attached to a self-service ticket on the SF Employee Portal Support Knowledge Center or can be emailed to SFEmployeePortalSupport@sfgov.org.
