The pre-encumbrance balance on requisitions and the  encumbrance balance on POs has previously displayed "Not Available".  This  was enabled on November 2, 2017 so the actual pre-encumbrance or encumbrance balance now displays.


What Users Need to Do

To view the pre-encumbrance balance on a requisition,  navigate to eProcurement > Manage Requisitions.  Search for and select  the desired requisition.  View the Pre-Encumbrance Balance in the  Requisition Summary section.  


To view the encumbrance balance on a purchase order,  navigate to Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update  POs.  Search for and select the desired PO.  View the Encumbrance  Balance in the Amount Summary section.
