In addition to the online learning courses that users are assigned in My Learning (through the SF Employee Portal), we are offering Instructor Led Training (ILT) classes to help users become more proficient with the basics of the Financials & Procurement system. Basic PeopleSoft Navigation Learners are taken through a PeopleSoft navigation overview and will learn how to use search pages, work with PeopleSoft pages, navigate between pages, use PeopleSoft grids, and manage worklists and approvals. This is a must have for user success!
How to Submit Employee Expense Reports Learn how to create an Expense Report for travel or other reimbursable expenses, including tuition reimbursement. You will also learn how to ensure your Expense Report gets approved. REGISTER

Managing Employee Expense Reimbursements for Financial Staff This course is intended for Finance staff who work with Employee Expense Reports (Reimbursements). Learn how to create Expense Reports and the steps for review, approval, and employee payment.  REGISTER
Grants Management Learn how to create/copy a Proposal, Submit a Proposal, Create a Grant Award Profile from a Proposal or Contract, and Run the Generate Award Process.  You will also learn how to update Customer Contact Information. REGISTER

Using Reports & Analytics System - Basic  Learn how to access the vast data in our systems using Reports and Analytics. We will cover existing reports and Dashboards and how to review data at summary and detail levels.

Using Reports & Analytics System - Advanced We are not offering the "Using the Reports & Analytics System - Advanced" class as it is only for BI Authors and BI FLEX Authors. Those authors should work directly with the Reports & Analytics team to get continued support.
