This document is the form to use when requesting an employee be made a Roster Administrator or Content Creator for ELM (Enterprise Learning Management by Oracle).
•Manager submits signed Security Access Request form to their Department's HR Access Approver
•Access Approver reviews request and either approves or denies the request (if deny, please communicate back why)
•Ticket is opened with SFEmployeePortalSupport@sfgov.org
•The Controller's Systems Division registers employee for training if required
•Access is granted upon completion
