Retirees, and employees of the City College District and Unified School District can access SF My Hub to view and update their benefits information by navigating to Health Services System website or MyApps Follow the steps below to access SF My Hub.


How to access your SF My Hub homepage via the Health Service System's (HSS) website: All retirees, and employees of the City & County of San Francisco, Superior Court, Community College District, Unified School District can access their SF My Hub homepage by clicking the SF My Hub tile from HSS's website


Step 1. Visit the Health Service System's website



Step 2. Click our SF My Hub tile.




Step 3. When prompted, log in using your Identity and Access Management (IAM) credentials. See the bottom of this article for an image of your SF My Hub homepage.






How to access your SF My Hub homepage via MyApps: Only Retirees, and employees of the Community College District and Unified School District can access their SF My Hub homepage by clicking the SF My Hub tile from MyApps.


Step 1. Visit the MyApps site.


Step 2. When prompted, log in using your Identity and Access Management (IAM) credentials.




Step 3. From MyApps, click the SF My Hub tile, and you will land on your SF My Hub homepage. Scroll to the bottom of this article for an image of your SF My Hub homepage.
