Provides step-by-step instructions on how to view pay advices: availability of PDF version, download, print, filter since it's a limited list, and sort list.
Follow the steps below to view your pay advice.
Step 1. From the My Pay tile, click on Review Pay Advices
Step 2. Click the > arrow to the right of the Pay Advice Number you want to view
Step 3. You will be redirected to the View Pay Advice window. * If the Verify Identity window does not load, make sure your browser settings allow cross-site tracking, cookies, pop-ups and redirects as well as clear your cache. Your local department MIS/IT Support team can also assist you if you need additional assistance.
To view other pay periods, click the x to the right of View Pay Advice to get back to the Review Pay Advices screen. Make sure not to confuse it with closing the browser window
Follow the optional steps below to download a PDF copy and print your pay advice.
Step 1. Click on the print option in your browser or keyboard shortcut Ctrl + P
Step 2. Designate Adobe PDF in Printer drop down
Step 3. Set Layout to Landscape
Step 4. Click more settings
Step 5. Set Scale (%) to Fit to printable area
Step 6. Click Print
Step 7. Specify what you want to save as and where you want to save the PDF
Step 8. Click Save
Step 9. File will open in Adobe Acrobat
Step 10. Click Print icon and Print button
The default view displays pay advices based on pre-applied filters. You can modify the filters to view a different set of pay advices by following the steps below.
Step 1. clicking the filter icon located above the Pay Date column
Step 2. Set the desired date range by clicking the calendar icon or typing in date in MM/DD/YYYY format
Step 3. Click Done
You are not limited to viewing the most recent Pay Advice. You can click the Sort icon to adjust six different ways.
