Welcome to your SF My Hub, a homepage where you, a City & County of San Francisco or Superior Court Employee can view and update your own data such as personal and contact information, pay advices, and self-service timesheets. This solution article provides a brief explanation of the tiles that allow you to view and update data on this homepage, as well as review the tiles that enable you to access other homepages for your benefits, learning, and expense information. What you'll find on your SF My Hub homepage
Across the top of your SF My Hub homepage is a blue Banner that contains:
- Top Left - branding logos for our SF My Hub homepage, which resides in the SF People & Pay system.
- Top Center - SF My Hub homepage label.

Top Right - you'll find the following icons:

Home icon that allows you to return to your SF My Hub default homepage.

- Notifications icon that alerts you of system messages
- Action List or hamburger menu that allows you to sign out or add a page to your favorite

Tiles to data and transactions
Your SF My Hub homepage contains tiles that will take you to pages that allow you to view and update your information. While some tiles take you to a single page where you can complete a specific type of transaction, others will take you to a page that holds a Navigation Collection (Nav Collection) of pages that permit you to move from one page to another to view and complete functionally similar transactions, like the Nav Collection for pay-related pages.
The tiles you can access are based on your security and managerial status. The sections that follow list a brief description of tiles that are visible to all employees, and others that are accessible only to managers. We will also provide you links to solutions articles with greater details about each tile and instructions on completing the transactions that are available under each tile.
Employee Tiles - All employees can access the tiles in this section.
The Announcements tile takes you to your Announcements page, where you can view announcements and alerts.

The My Information tile takes you to your Personal Details page, where you can view and update your personal and contact information.

The My Pay tile takes you to your My Pay page, where you can access your Pay Advices and other pay-related features and forms.

How to use the features available under your Health & Safety tile
Manager Tiles - Only managers with direct reports based on system records can see the tiles in this section. If you are a manager with direct reports and do not see this tile, or if the list of direct reports is inaccurate, please contact your department's human resources team to discuss your list. They will update system records and your pages will reflect the updated changes.
The My Team tile takes you to your My Team page, where you can access a list of your direct reports and their compensation and leave
balance information.

Available to supervisors and managers who approve their timesheets on SF My Hub, the Manage Employee Time tile takes you to your Manage Employee Time page, where you can view and approve your team’s timesheets and access other time approval features.

Available to supervisor and managers who approve their timesheet on SF My Hub, the Payroll Reports tile takes you to the Payroll Reports page, where you can run reports to facilitate your review and approval of timesheets.

Available to supervisors and managers who approve their timesheets on SF My Hub, the Delegate Time Approvals tile takes you to the Delegate Time Approvals page, where you can delegate another individual to approve timesheets on your behalf

Tiles that Lead to Other Homepages - In addition to the employee and manager tiles, SF My Hub also contains tiles that will lead you to other homepages that allow you access to benefits, learning, and expense information.
The My Health Benefits tile takes you to your My Health Benefits homepage, where you can access your benefits information and
submit Life Events. Employees have access to all the tiles on this homepage.

The Expenses tile takes you to your Expenses homepage, where you can create, modify, and review your requests for Expense
Authorizations, Expense Reports, and Cash Advances.

Notes for Power Users
These additional notes are applicable for SF People & Pay Power Users such as HR and Payroll professionals, who use SF People & Pay on a daily basis to perform their tasks and activities.
You must log in inside the City network to access our systems as a Power User. If you are logged in internally, your core homepage, e.g., Payroll Administration, Workforce Administration, remains as your default homepage. See the image below for more information about internal vs. external login.
