As a City & County of San Francisco and Superior Court employee, the My Pay tile is available on your SF My Hub homepage. The My Pay tile takes you to the My Pay page, where you can access your Pay Advices, Compensation History, and other pay-related features. The pages available on your My Pay page are dependent on whether you are logged into the City network.

The blue Banner appears at the top of the page, which contains:

  • On the left hand side, the SF My Hub back button that allows you to return to your previously visited page
  • On the center, the name of the page
  • On the right hand side are the following icons:
    • Home icon that allows you to return to your SF My Hub default homepage. If you are an SF People & Pay Power User, please see the Notes for Power Users section of this article.
    • Notifications icon that alerts you of system messages: The Alerts icon appears in the upper right corner of the banner and allows users to view actions and alerts in a notification window
    • Action List or hamburger menu that allows you to sign out or add a page to your favorites

On the left side of your screen, you'll see the My Pay Navigation Collection, which allows you to select a particular page to access a pay-related feature.

Below is a list of each page available in the My Pay Nav Collection. The list also provides a link to the respective solution article with step-by-step instructions for each feature.

Notes for Power Users

You must log in inside the City network to access our systems as a Power User. If you are logged in internally, your core homepage, e.g., Payroll AdministrationWorkforce Administration, remains as your default homepage.  See the image below for more information about internal vs. external login.
